WPV is currently recruiting for the following positions:

Part-Time Administrative Clerk – 20 hrs/week 

We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrative Clerk with the following requirements:

  • outstanding customer service skills
  • meticulous attention to detail
  • a valid NY state drivers’ license,
  • high school diploma
  • minimum of two years’ work experience in an office environment
  • good proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word

Essential job functions include the following:

  • Data entry
  • Answer telephone and greet clients
  • Make appointments for biometric screenings and drug tests
  • Collect urine specimens for drug tests
  • Track and maintain inventory
  • Test and calibrate medical equipment
  • Process medical insurance claims
  • Maintain clinic logs
  • Coordinate and prepare nursing supplies
  • Records and scheduling maintenance

The work hours are Monday-Thursday from 9:00 AM-2:00 PM (specific work hours are negotiable). The pay range we’re offering is $14.00-$15.00/hr. This position has paid holidays as well as paid vacation days. Applicants who have been conditionally offered employment for this position will need to undergo a drug test and background check.

Per Diem Registered Nurses - Hours Vary

WPV is seeking experienced New York State licensed registered nurses to join our team of innovative health and wellness entrepreneurs in providing immunizations, biometric screenings, on-site nurse coaching and health engagement services, as PER-DIEM staff.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with educating patients about health maintenance and disease promotion as well as experience in maintaining accurate patient medical records. In addition, we are looking for:

·         solid communication skills and a commitment to superior customer service;

·         a proven ability to build rapport with patients;

·         the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; and

·         strong attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

*   New York State professional registered nursing license
*   Valid New York State driver's license
*  A minimum of three years’ of nursing practice in community-based medical management, behavioral health and/or health promotion.
