Congratulations on your pending employment! To schedule your drug screening, please complete this form and check your email within 24 business hours to receive your “Donor Pass” from WPV. The Donor Pass will contain the instructions on how and where to submit your sample. Please check your spam or junk email folders if you cannot find the pass in your inbox.
The collection site is based on proximity to your home address or place of employment. The Donor Pass has a default expiration date of one week from the date it was generated by WPV. It is the responsibility of you and your hiring manager to communicate on the specific required timeframe for completion. If you require a date outside of that timeframe, please let us know in the Comments section below.
Results are usually sent to your hiring manager within 24-36 hours from the time you provided your sample. This time frame can be extended, depending on the season, or if the screening lab needs to contact you for additional information.
